the location is very central. it is great to get to various attractions, including green park. the staff were cute and helpful.. the rooms were comfortable, and i slept well. the bar was pleasant, however, it was sometimes difficult to get a table as a hotel guest.
i requested two single beds, but this was not available. i found this quite inconvenient.

the hotel sits in a desirable part of town, near to the tube, restaurants, and shopping. there is even a grocery across the street. taxis are readily available outside the building, providing easy transportation.

the king size bed in the room was comfortable. there was also an umbrella provided.
I was disappointed because the room was on the 2nd floor. it was very noisy because of the street outside. Mainly cars revving and beeping horns. The noise stopped around 4am. i expected more from a 5 star place.

I was really surprised by the helpful staff. Sadie were very good too assist us when we arrived, and contacted us immediately when our room was ready. the bar staff was also knowledgeable about cocktails. the breakfast service was great (especially the pancakes!).

the room included a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep and was well soundproofed, so i wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at night and it was superbly furnished.

the staff was polite and helpful from arrival to departure. the concierge provided helpful assistance when we needed it. the front desk staff was accommodating and attentive to our needs.

the hotel features a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. breakfast offered many options. the lobby, bar, and restaurant featured attractive interior design and public areas. bottled water was also provided in the room.

the location is central and near green park tube station. the hotel has an excellent location just off berkeley square. this allows easy access to piccadilly and regent street.
