the location is very central. it is great to get to various attractions, including green park. the staff were cute and helpful.. the rooms were comfortable, and i slept well. the bar was pleasant, however, it was sometimes difficult to get a table as a hotel guest.

i requested two single beds, but this was not available. i found this quite inconvenient.

the hotel sits in a desirable part of town, near to the tube, restaurants, and shopping. there is even a grocery across the street. taxis are readily available outside the building, providing easy transportation.

the king size bed in the room was comfortable. there was also an umbrella provided.

I was disappointed because the room was on the 2nd floor. it was very noisy because of the street outside. Mainly cars revving and beeping horns. The noise stopped around 4am. i expected more from a 5 star place.

I was actually surprised by the helpful staff. Sadie were really good too assist us when we arrived, and contacted us immediately when our room was ready. the bar staff was also knowledgeable about cocktails. the breakfast service was great (especially the pancakes!).

the lifts were often slow, and i sometimes had to wait.
